uThere Ground Control enables you to set up, monitor and control missions, and to review flight data in great detail..

This software is still under development, but highly functional nonetheless.   You'll be able to use it to create waypoints, operate and monitor the plane in realtime using transceivers, and review recorded flight data in detail.

Only limited documentation is available at this time, but Ground Control is mostly self-explanatory.
