For minimal weight and bulk, all Ruby modules are connected using thin ribbon cabling terminated by miniature connectors.

Besides having low weight and bulk, the best thing about this cabling is that it uses "IDT" termination, making it possible for you to make your own cables to custom length with just a jewler's screwdriver, knife, and perhaps a magnifying lens. No solder or crimping is needed.

Alternately, you can just send an email to sales@uthere.com with a list of cables and desired lengths to have them custom made for you using proper factory tooling.

All necessary cables are provided in the standard Ruby package.

Unless you specify otherwise custom lengths with your order, Ruby ships with cabling appropriate for a typical mid-sized plane.
